PLATE
FORMING
Plate forming methods involve applying force to a sheet of metal to change its geometry rather than removing some material. The applied force stresses the metal beyond its yield power, causing it to deform but not fail plastically. The sheet can then be bent or formed into a number of complex shapes as a result.
CAPABILITIES
Material: Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, etc.
Size: Up to 10m
Usage: Chequered Plate, Dish Head, Bulbous, Non-Standard size profiles like C channel & Angle bar, but not limited to.
